When you place an order with us, your bike will be built and safety checked at our workshop before it is packed for shipping. This means that, before dispatch, your brakes will be adjusted, your chain will be set to the right tension and your tyres will be inflated to the correct pressure. Your Stance bike will simply need to be partially assembled on arrival by fitting the front wheel, handlebars, pedals and saddle which have to be removed to ensure they are not damaged in transit.
Please note that this means that bikes will not be despatched the same day, we aim for a 1-2 day dispatch time and your bike will be sent to you via a next day courier once it has been assembled.
You will be able to select a free shipping option (for orders over £50 delivered in the U.K) which will be next day delivery before 16:00 as standard.
If you would prefer to have your delivery made before a certain time, you can select from one of our alternative shipping options listed below (available for U.K customers only):
Next day before 12:00 – £9.99
Next day before 9:00 – £19.99
Shipping costs on all orders under £50 will depend on the type of goods and will be shown at checkout.
