Kris passed out notes from the last meeting and a treasurer’s report. No exceptions were noted. The above documents are now on record.
Matt gave the MRF update.
We discussed the election. All board member positions are open this year – all two-year terms run concurrently.

The election will run for a week, between Monday morning, November 9 and Monday morning November 16. All nominees/volunteers are running unopposed.
Dixie ABATE thanks Pat Hunt for providing a meal for this meeting.
The Christmas meeting will be held at the American Legion Wallace Post 76, 1918 Duval St., Mobile, AL 36606. The phone number there is 251-473-5765. New board members will be installed at that meeting. Submit agenda items to Kris.
Addendum, for discussion at the 12/12 meeting:
Sorting the membership roster, and only counting paid-up in-state members, we have:
25 lifetime members
62 regular members
We have over 160 expired in-state members, that we will be hitting up to renew within the next couple of months.
If every participating member bring in one new member, we can double our clout in the state house this year
